  • Name4. The submitted landscaping scheme as shown on dwg.nos. HJS-AHR-00-XX-DR-L-90-001 (Rev P04) and Tree Planting Plan no.BA6325LAN shall be fully completed, in accordance with the approved details, in the first planting and seeding seasons following the first occupation of any part of the development or in accordance with a programme previously agreed in writing by the local planning authority. Any trees or plants removed, dying, being severely damaged or becoming seriously diseased, within 5 years of planting shall be replaced in the following planting season by trees or plants of a size and species similar to those originally required to be planted. 7.The development hereby permitted shall not be occupied until such time as the parking and turning facilities have been implemented in accordance with drawing number HJS-AHR-00-XX-DR-L-90-001 revision P04. Thereafter the onsite parking provision shall be so maintained in perpetuity. 8.No part of the development hereby permitted shall be first occupied until an amended full Travel Plan which sets out actions and measures with quantifiable outputs and outcome targets has been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter the agreed Travel Plan shall be implemented in accordance with the approved details. 10.The two temporary buildings hereby permitted shall be removed entirely from the site and the land restored to its former condition within one month of the first occupation of the replacement school building hereby permitted.
